Ingredients
- Breading:
4 chicken breasts
1 cup cornstarch
1/3 cup canola oil
2eggs, beaten
salt and pepper - Sauce:
3/4 cups sugar
4 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 white distilled vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Breading:
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and season with salt and pepper
Dip chicken into cornstarch, coat thoroughly and then dip into beaten eggs
Heat oil in a large skillet and cook until browned
Place in baking dish - Sauce:
Whisk ingredients until smooth, then pour evenly over chicken, flipping chicken to cover all sides
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes
Turn chicken and bake for 15 minutes more
