Ingredients
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup horseradish mustard
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/4 cup chive
- peppercorns
Instructions
- Brown onions with butter in a saucepan.
- Add cream, mustard and broth and simmer until sauce thickens. About 10 minutes.
- Mix in parsley and chives and garnish with peppercorns.
